Dr. Dean Goddette has been a Unitarian Universalist for over 15 years and involved in growing small congregations in Missouri, San Diego, Escondido and Temecula, California.
With over twenty years of marketing and sales experience in profit and nonprofit settings for IT software, Dean is now focusing his efforts on outreach to help grow congregations.
Outreach is a function of people increasingly committed to your congregation. The Path to Commitment is a program created by current Unitarian Universalist Ministerial Intern David Miller based on his 25 years of political, for-profit and nonprofit experience that is a clear framework in strengthening a congregation’s ability to enhance programs for outreach and membership development.
The use of technology can augment the Path to Commitment and Dr. Goddette’s customized use of technology can assist your congregation in increasing commitment and growing your membership.
